First run I did with my 98 Beaver loaded I was rolling along the TCH in New Brunswick at abot 70MPH when somebody made an effort to pass and then everybody on board waved and yelled at us. Turned out the large fuse that protects the house wiring blew and with no power on the slide it decided to slide open. We pushed it back in but it was a couple of days and over 1000 miles before we got a new fuse.
Later that trip the steps came out by themselves and I hit a traffic cone that was held in place. It flew when it let go about 60' and the stairs were badly bent. I ran another 500 miles with them out on the passenger side before I managed to break them off and left them on the side of the 401 in Ontario.
I got replacements in Elkhart, In but it was Florida before I had them installed right.
