First time owner - Class A Monaco Cayman 2003 34P
Hi, just bought my first class A. Monaco Cayman 2003 34PBD, I think it is a 300 HP cummins or could it be a 275? I had a few Truck Camper in the past. Any advice appreciated.
I have a few problems to fix.
A. I have a small chip in one of the windshield
B. ABS light stays on all the time
C. Check Engine light comes on sometimes at around 20 to 40 MPH and at the same time engine starts surging at 2000 to 2500 RPM, back to highway speed, problem goes off. Engine pulls good on grades and CEL does not come on at highway speed. I was told it could a dirty sensor, especially since the previous owner used the engine brake often.
Really like this MH. It has the double pane window, it is well insulated, heated pad below the water tank and a little electric furnace in the water compartment, diesel generator, not too big so it should be accepted mainly everywhere and it seems to be quite good on fuel.
