American Dream has no clue. They stated they use LCI and Challenger for their doors. LCI has no clue. If LCI you need to get the RPO number off the tag on the inside hinge area. They "may" be able to help the. I did not call Challenger. So, looks like you will have to start making phone calls and send pics and emails. Is it possible the Mount ring and screws are hidden by the inside upholstered door cover? The window is mounted and then the inside decorative vinyl door cover is then installed? Doug
