Yes, you should see about getting some tarps to cover the sides and ends....so that you can work on the RV all winter long. A friend of mine has one of those tarp garages...and had 3' of snow along the outside walls much of last winter. He had a couple of heaters inside, and worked away on his cars without any problems. Big thing will be keeping the snow from building up on the roof! A push broom works great at lifting it up and off!
A salamander heater or Kero heater would help keep it warm in there...just be careful with the fumes. Also, with any saw dust getting too close to flame, and ignighting!!
