Flat Tire
Is it safe to drive a class A with a flat rear inside or outside tire?

No only will it damage the other dual, it can possibly catch fire and destroy the MH. We stopped at the scene of an RV tire fire and with our onboard water and a bunch of fire extinguishers from trucks that stopped were able to put out the fire and cool the area off so that it would not reignite. I would not never drive farther than the edge of the road with a flat.
