As already posted, there are good shops around the country who do this work.
no problem if you buy the unit accordingly. subtract off the cost of having a professional reinstall new dual pane windows, not something scabbed together rebuilt, scraped off fogging gunk, etc. and of course get more off for transportation, inconvenience etc.
this is assuming that there is some compelling need/desire to buy that specific unit, not one similar but in decent condition.
