Bumpy: Replacing the windows with new ones will just cause more problems down the road. The windows leak as the mfrs. use a substandard seal. Even the new MH's have the same seal. The rebuilt units have what is known as a super seal. It does not shrink or crawl and thus the rebuilders can offer long warrantees. So, yes, your advice is not good advice. There are probably 20 units in FL. last week that had windows fixed @ Sun Coast and more each week. I have never seen a complaint. These are being fixed by professionals not scabbed together. Why would you assume the workmanship is poor? Is that the type of place you take your unit to be repaired? A backyard shop? As stated: Even if you pass on the one with bad windows the unit with good ones will also leak unless they have been repaired already. The cost to repair the windows is around $2000. In the world of expensive Class A's that is no big deal.
