There is a 250 pound weight limit on the big slide. This includes the outside basement storage, overhead storage, under the dinette, and any other items you may have stored under the couch. When ours was new, it went in and out very easily, After a while, it became sluggish coming in. I reviewed the manual for the MH and found the weight limit. It is surprising how fast weight adds up in the big slide.
