"Flex Seal" for an RV roof?

We have used white Flex Seal gallon size on our 2013 Lifestyle 5th wheel roof and pullouts. This was to 'prevent' any future leaks. Would never use the spray of anything, afraid it would flake off as others say. This stuff is VERY good and DOES work well. Dries to a shiney finish. BIG thing to remember, they advertise to 'roll it on' be sure to go to a hardware store and buy about 3 of the 9 inch flat FOAM rollers, like used to seal garage floors. We bought ours at Ace Hardware and it worked perfect. DO NOT use the fuzzy rollers it will be a MESS. Used a couple 3 inch brushes to seal around AC's etc. BE SURE to wear a mask, it really stinks bad. Also buy the throw away gloves it is hard to get off hands. Throw out rollers and brushes too hard to clean, it seals everything. It was put on very thick, used 3 gallons on a 36 ft roof. Total to do roof approx. $350 with supplies and is cheaper then hiring it done. Don't hesitate, it is very good stuff....doubt we will ever have any roof problems.
