My chairs have the adjustable armrest so it must be something different.

Same process. I had fixed armrests in my coach and converted them to adjustable ones by ordering the armrests from the factory and putting them on my existing chairs.

Just like the video. Push REALLY hard.

I'm happy to see this post. I feel like one of my armrests is below level from the other one. I've been meaning to investigate what might be happening, and this gives me a starting point.

I’ve pushed as hard as I can and still can’t get it to rotate beyond the normal range. Help
