flexvision tv password

i bought a 2002 chevy van conversion with a flexvision 12 volt tv.There is no manual for the tv.when i turn on the tv there is no picture.I pushed the menu botton and it says that i need to put in a password ,of which i do not know.Below password is v chip,which without the password i cannot do.Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

    A quick google resulted in several links to Flex Vision User Manuals. If you have the model number, I'd expect you could google the user manual to see at least the default password. The default password in the one manual I looked at was '1111'.

    It appears the previous owner password protected the TV for teens. "1111" is the default password. If that doesn't work, you'll have to reset the TV to factory specs which should override whatever password they put in. Then 1-1-1-1 should work. Good luck...Dennis
