Flo jet macerater pump won't fit sewer line output

I assumed sewer lines were universal.I tried to use my flo jet on my new used class A and it won't fit.The new output fitting is approximately4.5". The flow jet is around 3.75". Tried to buy a new fit...

The macerater is made to go on a 3.5" line and mine is 3.75". Looking at PPl the only measurements listed on the adapters are the length.They're mostly clear extensions with clean out valves. I'll have to wait till Monday and take the flo jet to a local RV parts place and see if they have an answer.
