I know Ernie. That's why I think it is out of the question. I wondered abut laminate that is now made to look like tiles and of course wood for many years. It sure seems durable and nice looking. I have vinyl and it is new but we though there may be other options that we would like. We are not fond of carpet so went with vinyl.
