It really does correspond with the middle of the 4 foot span of no metal bracing underneath. AND it could be that it was a seam in the plywood underneath as well in that location. BUT we are not digging to find out...don't want this to be a major project and really don't feel it is leaks.
It is not by the door so that is not it. We have removed the vinyl flooring and the carpet....no sign of water seepage, leaks.
