Check out this web site "Clicky". You will find similar floor plans that may work for you. I have also seen your desired floor plan on Coach House back in 2007.
Their 2400 is sort of similar. I'm just amazed at how big the kitchen and bath are on the 24M, especially when compared to the PC 2400. And the 24M has 3 sleep options versus 1 on the 2400. The 24M is pretty nifty IMO. I just hate to spend 100K+ and find out we were wrong in some important way. A used Class B+ or C gasser in the same plan would be a nice start. - Mike__RoseExplorerPhoenix

We were inside one today, and it was VERY roomy.
We really liked the roomy feel of the sofa/dinette slide on our 5'er which lead us to choosing our current MH. Having similar slide in a 24' would be great when/if we "upgrade" to smaller coach to simplify towing/launching boat and not having a toad. - dicknellenExplorer IIA nice thing about that plan the two capt chairs swivel to be part of the living area. Most Class C on Ford or Chevy chassis you will not find this.
Why not buy the 24M? Have fun looking. Dick - GENECOPExplorer IILooks like a Floorplan offered by Couchhouse.

I really like that floor plan! Sorry, I don't know of comparable gas one but look forward to seeing one posted.
