The web site lists the truck tire dealers that participate. I just bought 4 rear tires. Several dealers told me they participated in the program when in fact they did not. Only thing to watch for is make sure you are not paying for something twice. Michelin charges your card for the tires and every state tax, fee, etc, including "environmental fees". The dealer also charged me an "environmental fee" and said it included his cost to haul the tires to the landfill. In short the dealer can charge anything he wants for "local" charges. I am sure I paid $32 too much as the explanation for the second set of state environmental fees changed over two days discussion. Saved between $400 and $600 so never argued over the $32.
