Hopefully someone can explain more fully the billing process using the program.
I have been shopping for tires and found the prices through the FMCA program to be the best I could find. I found a dealer, Meekoff Tire in Mattawan, MI) that participates in the program. My card was registered with Michelin. I have contacted the dealer and told him to order the tires in. The tire dealer indicates that I will be paying him directly for the labor charges to install the tires, and that Michelin will be charging my card for the tires.
Tom N indicates that he paid his dealer nothing and all was included in the statement from Michelin. What should I expect?
