Well, just passing along info I've picked up on this issue. It seems that Coach Net is no longer affiliated with FMCA and the FMCA roadside assistance program is being administered by a company call VAS. Of interest is that the folks I just chatted with at FMCA are getting a lot of complaints from members about the change.
I was told that Coach Net made demands of FMCA that were impossible to comply with and that Coach Net then severed the relationship. With that said, the FMCA folks are still recommending Coach Net over their in house product.
Interesting but frustrating.
