Fogged windows again-- one beat to death subject

I did the same with mine and my insurance company. They said if it was not determined to be a safety issue, it was not a covered defect. Because it was the door window, which I needed to look through for the passenger side mirror, it was a safety issue. They paid for a complete window replacement....Dennis
