Your install looks nice.
I was looking into buying one of the Dometic model of 12v fridge/freezer combos.
I would use it to pre-pack for a trip so I don't have to move and level my rv to op the fridge for a day prior to departing.
Once I was on the road for 8 hours or so with the absorption fridge running , I would transfer the food into the rv fridge and then use the 12v compressor fridge for additional food as a fridge or a freezer. They are temp controlled and can be used either way as freezer or not.
They offer many different sizes. Like the Dometic CF-40 etc.
