Lift? Wow .... I can't imagine our MH up on a lift! A truck shop with a pit is the answer.
Our local Ford dealer will do some service out in the parking lot. However, I take our MH to a truck center not connected with Ford and they will do any service needed on the chassis part.
You should look for a truck shop not necessarily related to Ford.
