Ford E-450: Water leaking into Driver Side Floorboard

I have a 2003 Class C, Ford/Jayco E-450 with a problem of water seeping/leaking into the drivers side floorboard. This happens whether the vehicle is in motion or not and after testing with a garden ...

The windshield needs to be resealed.
Usually, you can push on the glass from the inside and see where it is loose against the a pillar.
