Ford E-450: Water leaking into Driver Side Floorboard

I have a 2003 Class C, Ford/Jayco E-450 with a problem of water seeping/leaking into the drivers side floorboard. This happens whether the vehicle is in motion or not and after testing with a garden ...

This message thread may give you some help. There are several links to Ford issued service bulletins to address driver side water intrusion. I think the model years included your 2003.
