Handling improvements and ride improvements are two different beasts. Your ride will never be much better unless you put something softer in series with your stiff suspension. Everything you have done is in parallel. You can put a pile of feathers beside a pile of bricks and when you land on it all it is going to hurt really bad. If you put the feathers on top of the bricks it will hurt less.
