Ford Is Looking to Conquer the RV World

How would they compare to MB conversions?? I've looked at some pretty nice ones and the diesel is a plus.

I have driven E150s for over 30 years. They can be a handful on a windy day. The thought of one of those tall Transit, especially WITHOUT dual rear wheels scares me to death ! :E

The high-top Transits are ideal for DIY conversions. As simple as a cot and a bucket, or as fancy as you want to go. I have not ruled out the idea completely. There are plenty of good used ones coming off lease now.
