What is popular in Europe does not necessarily translate well here. We drive farther and longer in more vary weather conditions. We have fewer road size restrictions. And despite the boutiqueness of small, Americans give lip service to it and opt for as much as they can get and afford. The Ford Transit will be more appealing in the long run than the ProMaster. Ultimately that will come down to how much load capacity you can provide to install the amenities. I'm guessing though they will clone Sprinter plans for the most part. American converters have never been that Adventurous beyond naming. ;) They tend to settle in on apples to apples herd like competition. If you think Europe is more exciting it could because of the diverse culture making it appear that way in aggregate and because they have to provide RVs to work in their environment that is not needed here.
