How long was the pressure check done? 5 minutes or 60 minutes can make a huge difference. A small leak that sprays on an exhaust manifold will not leave any puddle.
I assume that you are not overfilling the expansion tank and are stopping at the hot or cold line when you replace the anti-freeze.
Isn't this coach still under warranty?
