Let's take a look at a wild idea:
What if....you are filling the exp. tank too full, like up to the top when it's cold, and then the system is just blowing off enough to get it back down to where it should be ???
Any Ford truck dealer should be able to look at it for you.....but you might have to pay; don't know if they can submit warranty claims to Ford for payment or not.
In Ocala, for instance, the Ford car dealer has a "truck and motorhome" service department and there are two other "big" truck dealers who handle Fords too.
P.S. Have you checked the crankcase oil for signs of water ?
