I agree with Brett and give the exhaust a sniff test...I wouldn't think any moisture would be very visible when you start it cold unless the temp is getting down near freezing. Coolant will give the vapor a distinct smell. And if you have coolant going into the exhaust stream, you may smell it even when hot but not visible.
