I wouldn't think any moisture would be very visible when you start it cold unless the temp is getting down near freezing.
BUT if a substantial amount of liquid water comes out the tail pipe immediately upon starting, like within the first 5-10 seconds AND it smells sweet.....then you should worry a bit more (head gasket leak when cold).
