FORD NEVER MADE A 2005 model year F-53 CHASSIS.
Production of the 2004 model year was extended to December 31st, 2004 and the 2006 model year was moved up to began on January 1, 2005 instead of the middle of the summer.
You will never find a VIN number showing the 2005 model year for an F-53.
