- RLHAMILTONExplorerWe have a Berkshire 390RB, and are very pleased with the unit. We had 2 previous class A's which we loved, but the Berkshire is better for us. We also looked at Tiffon, but the Berkshire had better paint job, and we liked the layout better. Impressed with the water management system, performance, and quality of Berkshire. Bottom line it is all up to what you want. Good luck!
- wnytaxmanExplorerWe have a Berkshire 390bh and have been very happy with the unit, the manufacturer and the dealer. When we have had an issue, which has been rare, the dealer and the manufacturer have both stepped up and resolved the issues. Definitely a good bang for the buck.
We also looked at the Tiffins and the major structural issues that seem to plague the Tiffins and the apparent need to go to the factory in Alabama for repairs swayed us away from the Tiffins. - ed6713ExplorerHere is an excellent, unbiased source of RV info.
It costs money but considering the bucks you're about to spend, it's pocket change.
dRv consumer group - mikimExplorerWe looked at both Forest River Berkshire and decided that we liked the quality of the Tiffin Alegro Open Road. We went with the 36LA model.
