I am interested in purchasing a 2011 Four Winds model 28A motorhome for $45,000 from camping world. It is 28 feet long with 17000 miles. Is this a good motorhome and is this a good price? Any feedbac...

On the surface...yes.
You did not say what year it is.
However, there are many low millage RVs, because
most owners are not full-time.
Inspect carefully or have a professional inspection done.
The basic motor/frame will give no more problems than that
combination from that manufacturer.
The coach is a combination of work from Four Winds and the
components used. The good things is most systems are off the shelf
systems. These are used by most every manufacturer.
The roof, electrical, plumbing and tires -not over 10 years old
(search DOT site for code reading) are major areas to look at.
Go slow. Do not let emotion take over.
Then if it is right for you, after you drive and inspect, enjoy.
