Water pump in our Winnebago Vista cycles on and off rapidly making a chattering noise. Dealer replaced the pump and still have same problem. Adjusted pressure on pump and still have the same problem. ...

Rapid on/off happens only when water is running.Thanks for the replies.
The line is pressurizing to pump shutoff pressure while you are demanding water. It's not flowing enough water for some reason.
