Do you have the fridge well stocked? I assume you do most of the time since there are at least 3 of you living in the MH. A small circulating fan can help if that's the situation, particularly if you find items in the top of the fridge are much colder than those in the bottom. Unlike a residential fridge there are no fans in that fridge to circulate air. The more food in the fridge the more uneven the temp can be top to bottom. You can get a small battery operated one, get the white one, not the blue one. Don't recall the brands. You can also get a small computer muffin fan and wire it to the fridge power. You can find setups like that for an RV fridge on the web.
