The outlet for a 30 amp RV states right on it that it's 120 volt.
If the idiot knew it was for and RV he should have known right away.
Question is did you hire a real licensed electrician or some bozo
who calls himself and electrician? If you hired and unlicensed person than the blame is on YOU>
