My comment is directed at those who are holding the OP responsible in some way. As someone (me) who knows nothing about anything electrical, mechanical, or the like, I would expect whoever I hired who is a professional to do it correctly. I wouldn't be able to check to make sure he did it right, nor would I know what information to give him up front other than what I wanted for my MH. I don't have to deal with something like that at this point as DH takes care of things like that. I'm speaking theoretically.
I do understand that errors occur, so I don't think the electrician deserves to be hung by his toenails, but I do think he's responsible.
