And I continue to recommend installing a good power protector like the PI HW50C.

I got 160V on a properly wired 30A RV plug. Yes properly wired. The problem was a bad neutral in the 240/120V CG distribution center which every CG has. The HW50C disconnected the rig until I could pull the plug.
