First of all, thank you to all of you who took the time to write an opinion. You all were very helpful and supportive. You could write volumes about what I do not now about electricity, but hopefully I learned some good lessons from this.
This is a second generation of ownership of the electric company. I knew the father when he started the business and I have known the son that now owns it since he was 8 years old. Great family and great business. I understand that things happen. I have been in business for 28 years and we have had a few screw ups as well. I always made sure the customer came out whole and that's what this young man has done for me. I will continue to use and recommend his business. In fact I gave him another job today at one of my buildings. Just asked that maybe they send a different electrician.
Called my local RV repair shop and set up a time to bring it in. So that process has begun, hopefully with good results. Keep you posted and thanks again.
