You can put the new disc in after you put the bag in as I stated in my other post, once you get the bags in put the lower disc in 1st below the air bag, they just slide through the springs, than apply a little air, not much, than slide the top disc in above the air bag and than add more air while adjusting the disc and bags for a proper fit..
