Welll...I didn't get a chance to put the bags in. Going on a 250-mile (round trip) trek this weekend so hopefully it won't shred the tires.
I had the propane tank filled (80 lbs.). It's mounted pretty much mid-way between the front and rear wheels on the left side. That brought the left control arm almost down to the snubber. It's no wonder, though - the weight is not distributed well on this thing at all. The generator, freshwater, black water and propane tanks are all mounted on the left side. There's hardly any weight on the right side (relatively speaking).
I may go the new spring route instead....
