I just noticed that in the picture where I'm taking the grease cup off, you can see how dry the bearings are. Weird. Whenever I pack bearings I tend to really glop the grease in there.
Surprisingly, the bearings look just fine with no discoloration or galling. They're pretty tough, I guess.
