From the Freightliner Recreational Chassis Manual 2013 for your coach:
Does your IFS use the oil filled front axle? You may not according to page 33/4 of your Freightliner maintenance manual which says: "Wheel End Inspection
IMPORTANT: For ZF IFS axles, ZF recommends
that all grease fittings be lubricated once
a year, preferably before periods of inactivity.
The wheel hub should be disassembled, inspected,
and the wheel bearings repacked
every 1,000,000 miles (1 609 000 km)."
A snip-it from the Vehicle Maintenance Schedule Table for oil filled: Oil filled hubs oil change: Every 15K, 45K, 60K mile or 12, 36, 60 months.
If you don't have oil filled front hubs, it sounds like you may be all set!
