front window shade

Question

ok i havw a 2005 vectra and it has a powerd front window shade and it will go down but will not go up and there is a sunshade that works both ways and i need to get it up  al so my jack will not work and there is no link light on at the touch panel i hope some body can help me and iu can send a private message if u want to

i dont know where they are i have checked all the fuses where i can find them as i said it goes down but not up

it is a mcd shade heavy vinly and it will not go up but come down

Call MCD tech support800-804-1757 or 972-548-1850 Their tech support is good.\You can also go on line and check out their support documentation.  Could be one of the stop switches  if the battery was low and lost its memory.
