I too pay my Pilot/FJ card by my CC which gives me another 5% discount on all fuel charges. So I get the .06 cents off at the pump, and then the additional 5% off the total price when I pay my monthly bill.
However, that said..... I mostly use the Pilot/Flying J fuel stations for the convenience of being able to get in and out without any hassle. The discounts on price is just an added feature as far as I am concerned.
