My pump wasn't turning on so I loosened up a couple of bolts on the gear cover panel and then it started pumping again. Wasn't leaking or anything after loosening the bolts but I investigated some more and removed the gears. I noticed that the gears had been rubbing pretty good on the cover panel so I got out some sand paper and sanded down the gears so they weren't so wide. After I put it all back together it was working pretty good at first but then slowed down and wouldn't run unless I loosened the bolts again. I plan on taking the gears out and sanding them some more to see if that fixes it up before I have to replace them but I was wondering if these plastic/rubber gears don't wind up expanding some over time while soaking in gas all the time. Any other opinions out there before I tear into it again.

That seems to be the problem and the fix for most of the problems with the pumps.Try using a belt sander,just put it upside down,lock the power on and sand the gear a little that way.clean it and reinstall.You would think a gear that sits in gas would be made better.:h

The gas now days damages a lot of plastic/rubber/etc.Going to get worse with the 15% ethanol.I believe the pumps were not designed for the currant fuels.

My TH pump had the same problem, and I applied the same fix. Been working fine ever since. Only sand off less than 1/64" at a time....

On mine,On the cover and housing that supports the gears on the inside is a black rubber coating on the non-machined areas. This coating was breaking apart and lodging in the gear teeth preventing the motor from turning. I think the reformulated gas has something to do with it. I removed the 'blistered' coating areas and sanded the gears a few months ago. So far, so good.

The problem is all the time it's not in use. I just go out once a month and stick the nozzle into the fill and run it for a while.

mine does this every so often, pump turns but no fuel coming out. these are gear type pumps so they are positive displacement pumps, but positive displacement pumps NEED fluid to seal them. pull the gears and lube them up, oil, grease I use antisieze and the pump always works after. something has to lube the moving parts and if there is now fluid there is no lube, so loosening the cover only allows the gears to move around more freely but there has to be a lubricate in there, aka a fluid.

Just got an email from them, my parts were supposed to go out last night overnight via UPS but they did not get picked up. So Jennifer is getting in her car and personally delivering them to me at my office today so I can complete the repairs this weekend. That's about 30 miles in L.A. traffic.

How's that for service? And on $30.00 worth of parts.

It finally happened to me too. But mine started out as a leak. Thought it was the rubber line between the tank and pump so pulled it off and it is JUNK! F'n ethanol! Thought that was it, reassembled and leaks even worse. Upon closer inspection see it is dripping from the pump housing. Took it off and on the bench see a "weep hole" so deduce the seal is shot; F'n ethanonl. So I've ordered a new gear set, new gaskets and seal. Total parts $35.00

Like everyone else I have the same pump issues. One thing I have learned is ambient temp also plays a role. Early morning pump works great, once it warms up outside I start to have issues. If pump is on sunny side of trailer in late afternoon I can forget about pumping any gas. So if you got it to run once, but then had problems later, maybe the ambient temp played a role in it.

There are two fuses for the fuel pump station. The first one is in the externally accessed fuse panel where you have electrical service. The second fuse is in a covered in-line holder near the pump motor.

Fuse is in where the main power disconnect is. Your fuse is blown.

OK, pump stopped pumping. thought it was out of gas so I filled the tank up. Still no luck. Took out the gears, tried sanding (I'm sure I ddi that wrong) put it back together and still didn't work. Loosened bolts and tried again. No luck. Removed cover and gears, tried to pump and nothing. I'm sure I'm in over my head now. Any suggestion's?

This is on a weekend warrior and I have not been able to track down a fuse.
