A 2 micron filter would REDUCE system pressure post filter, and I would think the sensor is post filter.. So I'm inclined to agree with Redlands.

On the other hand a 2 Micron Filter will filter out particles that a 6 Micron might let pass.. But I seriously doubt that is the problem.

If you are in range of Redlands. re-visit, they have a good rep for customer service.
