Question you said it tries 3 times, DOES IT LIGHT all 3 times or not?
If it is not lighting do you hear the Snap Snap SNap of the ignition system?
If Snapping,m but no flame.. Gas jet may be clogged or solenoid bad.
If lighting, clean the electroid, it may be bad also the connection between the Mother board and the burner sensor/ignition point.
If that does not fix.. I'm guessing the tester at the dealer gave a false good on the board..
Mine the board was bad.. I went with a Dinosaur board replacement and well.. I was impressed by the design and quality of this board. MaDe the OEM look like... Junk.
