RV furnaces do not have filters.......discharge into a plenum with multiple dusts attached that run to various floor registers. Then return air goes back to furnace cabinet.....sometimes via a louvered vent, sometimes just via open areas/access behind cabinets/drawers.
Check the furnace discharge plenum....are all hoses connected (flex hoses..duct)
Then remove each floor register and check them for obstructions.
One mouse can build a lot of nests and plug up ducts
