Had a winnebago journey with the same problem you can remove registers as far front and back, stick a light source down one end and with mirror look down from the opposite end to see if you can see the light. If so the duct is clear. If not need to find out what may be in the way. Mine was clear and it just did not have much air coming out. I was further advised to not add or close any registers that winnebago did not not provide. This was all from winnebago consultant. Also to get the best chance to stay warm in front make sure the dash heating controls are set to "OFF" or "MAX AIR". This is the only two settings that close off completely to shut out outside air. My opinion only is that winnebago has a problem heating the front of the coach with the gas furnace.
